The Model 38500 Butt-Seamer is currently being used to sew soft carpet, finished carpet, carpet tiles, conveyor belting, fiber-glass and a variety of other materials.

The 38500 sews an overedge of approximately 1-1/2″ when the seam is pulled flat. The seams made by the 38500 are consistently flat.

The model 38500 is our heaviest duty machine and can be electrically or air driven. The air driven machines have a speed control to allow operators to speed up for light jobs or slow down for sewing heavy finished carpet.
